Health Guarantee, Warranty Limitations, and Buyer Responsibilities
This puppy is being sold with no warranties either expressed or implied, in as is condition with no guarantees including size and color other than those stated herein: To the best of my knowledge this puppy is free of disease and genetic defects at the date of this sale.
The buyer has 72 hours from the time they pick up the puppy/dog to have the puppy/dog checked by a veterinarian of their choice at the buyer's expense. If the buyer's vet exam reveals that the puppy/dog is diseased or a genetic defect is found and a veterinarian of breeder's choice concurs with the diagnosis, the buyer may return the puppy/dog to the breeder at the buyer's expense.
If shipping is required it will be in the same way as the puppy/dog was delivered. Notice of intent to return must be given to the breeder within 72 hours of the date of this sale along with a statement in writing from the buyer's veterinarian as to the health problem.
The breeder will also give a one year guarantee against life threatening genetic defects such as heart, lung and liver. Buyer must notify the breeder immediately upon discovering a genetic defect.
In the event of a valid claim against the health guarantee, a replacement puppy/dog will be provided when one becomes available, or the buyer may choose a refund of the purchase price instead. The buyer must notify the breeder of their choice at the time of return. There is no guarantee against accidents. There is no guarantee against sickness not contracted on the breeders premises. No veterinary bills will be paid by the breeder.
The puppy/dog has had temporary inoculations against distemper and PARVO virus at the Alvarado Veterinary Clinic. The puppy/dog has been wormed but may need to be wormed again at the discretion of your veterinarian. Luxated patella, hernia, kennel cough, coccidian, giardia and worms are not serious health problems if treated and therefore not covered in this warranty.
The puppy/dog has been screened by a vet for any life threatening health problems and disease. Hypoglycemia IS a serious health problem but is not covered by this warranty as this is generally caused by too much activity and/or to little food and is within your control. Please contact breeder and veterinarian if pup is not eating properly or if puppy has runny stools for more than 12 hours. If the puppy is lethargic, contact breeder and veterinarian immediately! Please be sure to feed your pup regularly and maintain clean water available for your puppy at all times. Failure to maintain appropriate health care will void any health guarantee provided in this contract.
Buyer agrees that this puppy/dog will become a member of the family to assure proper development and maintenance of the temperament for which this puppy was bred. The buyer agrees that this puppy/dog is NOT to be left in a backyard kennel.
It is agreed that the place of meeting either for a delivery or get to know your future puppy/dog and meet the parents of the pup (if available) will be decided by the seller unless agreed otherwise by both parties and THAT 'DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS'.
Injury and Damage Waiver
The buyer assumes full responsibility for all costs and liabilities associated with the puppy once the sale is complete. The breeder is also not responsible for any damages or injuries caused by the puppy to persons or property.
Arbitration/Mediation Clause
Any disputes arising from or relating to this agreement, or the sale of the puppy, shall first be resolved through mediation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in Hill County, Texas. This provision is intended to provide an efficient and cost-effective means of resolving disputes, and both parties waive the right to seek resolution through the court system unless otherwise mandated by law.

Entire Agreement Clause
Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully, and that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the state of Texas, in the county of Hill County.

This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the breeder and the buyer. No other warranties, promises, or representations, either express or implied, have been made outside of this written agreement. Any modifications to this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties to be valid. This agreement supersedes all prior communications, understandings, and agreements, whether oral or written, related to the sale of the puppy.
BY SIGNING THIS CONTRACT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE INFORMATION IN THIS CONTRACT AND AGREE TO ALL TERMS.

Puppy has been vet checked by Young Animal Veterinary Clinic and found to be in good health with no apparent issues.
